Ride On Time is UK based and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations.
We give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you
By visiting and/or purchasing from our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

PRODUCTS & PRICES
Our products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy
We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of our products appearing on our website are correct. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The images shown online are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to be binding.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We will make every effort to accurately describe and portray the appearance and condition of each product wherever possible, but because they are made from recycled materials, products may show signs of wear and tear associated with age, usage, and treatment which may have altered or affected their original appearance.
All measurements given are approximate.
ORDERING
When placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to Ride On Time to purchase the goods outlined in your order.
When you place an order with us we will require your full name, e-mail address, payment details, telephone number, and address details. This information is required in order to process your request and in case we need to contact you if there is a problem or query with your order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All goods must be paid for before the consignment is Dispatched.
Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched (SEE DISPATCH & DELIVERY)
Ride On Time reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
PRICING LIABILITY
All prices listed are correct at the time of entering. Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the point of purchase.If a genuine error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
In the event that you order an item and the price published on is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and shall refund any amount already paid to us.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We try and use either recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
We deliver throughout the UK, and your delivery costs are calculated when you checkout.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you by e-mail if we are not able to do this.
You must ensure that name and address details are complete and correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders not arriving due to incorrect or incomplete address details being given. We DO NOT deliver to PO / Mailboxes or Mail forwarding facilities.
There are different shipping services available for you to select at checkout, all require a signature and some come with tracking.

If selecting Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, please note next day is only guaranteed for orders dispatched Mon - Thurs. Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on Monday. If you are ordering on a Friday and need a Saturday delivery, please contact us as it may be possible to arrange.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with any tracking details if applicable.

***PLEASE NOTE We continue to offer MyHermes as a delivery option, but our experience with them is mixed and seems to vary from area to area. One clock was listed as delivered and signed for but has gone missing and delivery times seem to be inconstant. We will continue to review***
Worldwide delivery costs vary from country to country, so if you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us and we can give you a shipping quote. Please let us know if you require tracking.
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the EU are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse an order because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/ customs/ duty/ taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Delivery outside of the EU can take between 2-6 weeks. Sometimes there can be delays at the destination country customs clearing which can cause extra delays of up to 2 weeks during busy periods.

Up to 4 WORKING weeks for delivery outside the EU (please be aware that shipments to the USA, Canada and Australia can take up to 6 weeks.
It is your responsibility to check your consignment for loss or damage, therefore please check all items on receipt and report any discrepancies to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you have not received your item by the above mentioned shipping times please contact us so we can track down your item. Any lost items will be replaced where possible or refunded.
We will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

We are unable to authorise your payment there is a product description or pricing error

If you fail to meet order criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions

If we are unable to deliver goods due to conditions that are beyond our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Any return must first be notified to us in writing via e-mail detailing the goods and reason for the return.
Once it has been agreed by both parties that the goods are to be returned, we will then inform you of the returns address to use at that time.
If you do not inform us prior to returning the goods, it will be treated as an unauthorised return.
Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, provided the goods are still in their original condition and are received by us within 14 days of the goods being received by you.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and therefore we recommend that you return the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The goods must be sufficiently packaged to prevent damage whilst in transit. If the goods arrive back to us with damaged packaging and are damaged or with parts missing, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please note that this also applies to any goods damaged or scratched whilst in transit, therefore please package the goods very carefully.
The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility and with the exception of faulty or goods damaged whilst in transit to you, we are not responsible for return postage.
Returns are NOT accepted on any bespoke or used items unless faulty.
If you change your mind about a purchase and want to cancel an order, we are able to issue a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order AFTER the goods have been Dispatched or delivered, then our Returns policy must be followed.
If you refuse a delivery from us because you wish to cancel the order and the goods are subsequently returned to us, we will treat this as an unauthorised return.
Unauthorised returns shall be disposed of after a period of 28 days. Refunds for authorised returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt and will be issued via the original method of the payment received.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel this contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 3 days of receipt to notify us of the return and reason for this, prior to returning the goods.
We aim to package the ordered goods well enough to protect them from damage whilst in transit. However, in the unlikely event that the goods do arrive damaged, then our Returns policy applies. We will replace any damaged goods at no cost to you or offer a full refund providing that our Returns policy has been followed.

All rights, including copyright, to the content and images of all Ride On Time web pages are owned and controlled by Ride On Time. In accessing the Ride On Time web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use.
You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, (with the exception of social media), download, store (in any medium), transmit, show, or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the Ride On Time web pages for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Ride On Time.
